Biography

Loula Spanoudi was born and bred in Athens of parents from the region of Epirus.

Her love of painting was evident from her early childhood. She was still a young girl when she took her first lessons in oil painting from Yannis Moralis. She went on to create vivid landscapes, still lifes with flowers, depictions of nature, and portraits. Later, while tending to her business activities, she took lessons at the Athens College, first under Panagiotis Beldekos and then under Timos Batinakis. She has taken part in group exhibitions in Athens, and in the years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 she held solo exhibitions in Los Angeles on invitation from the Greek Embassy.
