Sofia Datseri
Biography
She was born in 1971 in Ierapetra,Crete.She studied History at the Ionian University.She took paintings lessons from locals artists in Ierapetra.From 1995 till 1999 she engaged in sculpture in wood and stone,as well as in the cretan loom.From 2000 till now she engages in painting.She has made several personal exhibitions in Ierapetra and Aghios Nikolaos in Crete as part of the international festival TOUCH.In 20007 she took part and got distinction at the poster competition of the cultural organization of Ithaca.Her works can be found in private collections.She is member of the Chamber of fine arts of Greece.
